The Spare Parts Sales Representative is responsible for serving internal and external customers around the world. This entry level Job, will provide a great learning opportunity where he or she will be given the opportunity to learn and grow while handling a variety of tasks to support the aftermarket group. This team member will demonstrate effective customer communication abilities, analytical thinking, and business decision making in many facets of his or her daily tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties

· Work with the Aftermarket Services Team to support the sale of spare parts

· Prepare large spare parts bids/proposals with pricing

· Manage all customer quotes and orders in SAP for new and customer-repaired parts

· File all purchase orders according to procedure and process requirements

· Facilitate Delivery Assurance and expediting, managing spares backlog to meet sales targets

· Support Logistics and Warehouse with expedited shipments

· Own customer part delivery commitment and execution

· Perform tech reviews of spares to confirm correct configuration

· Proactively participate in or lead team efforts to achieve departmental and Company goals and objectives

· Conduct root cause/corrective action on group performance metrics

· Support or lead IT and/or major process initiatives

· Execute ad hoc projects, as required

Qualifications and Skills

· Strong analytical and Excel skills

· Self-starter with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills

· SAP experience or knowledge of

· Team player; customer-focused

· Presentation skills

Education /Experience Required

· Bachelor’s degree required (Supply Chain, Engineer, Finance or Science field is a plus)

· Demonstrated academic achievement

Additional Requirement

· Up to 10% domestic travel may be required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $68,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
